Gremmer & Associates has a long history
of designing transportation facilities for State and Local governments
as well as private developers. Our client-first attitude means that we
are available to answer questions and visit project sites to insure a
quality product is delivered. Our transportation specialties reside
within the following areas:
· New Construction We have a close relationship with WisDOT's local roads program because of our design and management performance on past projects. We design many roadways and bridges for Towns, Villages, Cities, and Counties throughout Wisconsin. Our success is made by staying in close contact with both the State and Local representatives and keeping all parties informed during the designing process. All of our offices are staffed with individuals familiar with WisDOT standards of roadway design. Our projects incorporate local ordinances which have exposed us to several lines of thinking with regards to roadway design and pavement construction. The vast experience with state and local roadway projects have allowed us to suggest designs to clients that fulfill their specific needs while providing for the required needs of all users of the facility. Our bridge projects utilize a hydraulic engineer, roadway engineer, and structural engineer. The engineers work together and complete the agency coordination until the final plans and specifications are done for the project. We use the latest computer technology to automate the design process and to deliver a professional plan to the client. Our communication lines within the office let us gain technical expertise from our construction staff to insure a proper design with minimal construction-related problems.
